All Worry Belongs to God: A 7-Day Scripture Tapping Path
A 7-day walk through Philippians 4 that moves anxiety out of your body and onto the prayer list — where it actually belongs.
There's a kind of worry that feels responsible. A kind that says, 'if I keep thinking about this, maybe I can prevent it.' A kind that masquerades as love and vigilance and wisdom. Scripture tells us something different. This is a 7-day tapping path that walks you through Philippians 4 one day at a time, with scripture, EFT tapping, prayer, reflection, and a simple action step. You'll practice one holy exchange: moving your burdens from the worry list to the prayer list — not by pretending nothing hurts, but by learning, day by day, to hand every fear back to the God who already sits on the throne.
