The Sensitive Creative's Path
For artists, writers, voice actors, entrepreneurs, and anyone whose gifts come from a nervous system that feels everything. Five sessions to create without burning yourself down.
I built a voiceover career inside a body that had Lyme, POTS, and MCAS. I know exactly what it is to have a creative calling and a nervous system that short-circuits in the middle of it. This path is the work I wish I'd had. Five scripture tapping sessions for the fears that stalk creative people: being seen, being rejected, being imperfect, being undercharged, being burned out on the thing you used to love. Not productivity hacks. Not hustle reframes. Body-level, scripture-rooted permission to make what you were made to make — baby steps included, small beginnings honored, God rejoicing at the start.
What this path includes
Duration: 5 sessions · 12–15 min each · Level: Intermediate
Scripture focus
Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin. — Zechariah 4:10
The transformation promise
A nervous system that can stay in the room while you do the work. A creative practice that doesn't require you to dissociate from your own body to get anything done.
