Scripture Focus

What you're actually signing up for

This isn't a course about becoming someone who never feels anxious. That person doesn't exist, and if they did, I wouldn't trust them to teach you anything.

This is a 7-day walk through Philippians 4 — one day at a time, one scripture at a time, one tapping round at a time. You'll learn to move what you're carrying from the worry list to the prayer list. Not because prayer is a panic button. Because prayer reorders your soul under the sovereignty of a God who is not a nervous project manager.

You were never meant to be strangled by worry. You were never meant to live mentally divided. You were never meant to let fear preach louder than God.

How each day works

Every day takes 10–20 minutes. You'll find:

  • A scripture (read it, let it land, don't speed-read)
  • An EFT focus — what we're actually working on today
  • A somatic cue — a simple body instruction to start
  • Setup statements on the karate chop point
  • Three tapping rounds through all nine EFT points
  • A prayer you can pray out loud or silently
  • A reflection prompt and a simple action step

If you're new to tapping, Day 1 teaches you what you need. You don't need any prior experience. You don't need to be good at meditation. You don't need to have a special quiet space. You need a few minutes and a willingness to be honest with God about what you're carrying.

Who this path is for

  • The woman who knows Philippians 4:6 by heart and still can't stop worrying
  • Anyone whose prayer life has become a running list of things to manage instead of a relationship to rest in
  • People who have tried "just pray about it" and found it left the body behind
  • Anyone recovering from a season where vigilance felt like virtue
  • People curious about tapping who want a faith-rooted place to start

What's included

  • 7 days of guided scripture tapping (full script for each day)
  • Printable path PDF (read-along or print-and-tap)
  • EFT tapping point reference card
  • Worry / Prayer / Gratitude journal template
  • Closing blessing and your personal declaration prompt

Audio versions of each day are coming soon. For now, you read the script slowly and tap along, or record it in your own voice. Some people find reading it themselves is actually more grounding.

The through-line

On Day 1 you stand firm and hand it over. By Day 7 you're coming to Jesus tired, honest, and emptying your hands. In between, you practice: releasing anxiety without minimizing pain, praying specifically, choosing gratitude in the waiting, receiving God's peace as a guarding presence, taking thoughts captive, and finally — returning to the Person of peace.

All worry belongs to God.

It belongs at the feet of Jesus.

It does not belong on you.
